We need a banner for our website, promoting our upcoming Sale.

The banner will need to feature the attached photo (Rainy) and the following text.

Primary Text: END OF YEAR SALE ON NOW!
Secondary Text: ALL WATER TANKS DISCOUNTED FOR A LIMITED TIME.
Minor Text: Simply Order Before The End Of November To Save. No Deposit Required.

It needs to be a horizontal banner about 728 across and about 140 high.

The banner should be in jpeg format and be sharp and clear for our website (minimum file size 300kb). This is important. Smaller files appear blurry when published.

Attached is an example of a banner that we like the look of (Annual Mega Sell).
