Yarışma Özeti

Design of a billboard to be positioned on the site of a retirement village to attract passing traffic.
We want to encourage people to visit and ultimately purchase a home.
Our selling points are:
- luxury resort-style facilities
- large homes with RV-sized garages (to fit a caravan, RV, boat, cars)
- low maintenance lifestyle

We have homes ready for sale now to move in immediately, and display homes available for inspection.

From the location of the sign visitors need to take the next left turn to enter the resort.

Our name is RV Lifestyle Village Oceanside. See branding material and style guide attached.

The sign is 3m high x 6m wide.
