Need a logo for my company.
Brand name: 62gradusa or 62 градуса
Website: 62gradusa.com
It means 62 degrees (Celsius) in Russian.

Someone who delivers best best logos - I will consider ordering tea packaging styles, stickers etc.

In short what my company does:
Choosing and selling unique teas for specific clients level of taste. Choosing tea wares and teaching most practical and effective solutions for western human. Leading through the process of brewing, making sure client got the result and understands the tea. Client receives perfect tea he can understand and add the process seamlessly to everyday routine without additional time cost.

What I probably don't like is:
Tea leaf, teacup. These are used all over the place, and typically look bad. ( Rare exceptions possible, but it will be hard to guess. I think like for 10 such logos i will decline 9. So do that only if you confident you do something cool )

What I want: Logo should be looking good on favicon as well
I want logo to be looking good in black and white.

Teas I am selling are starting from 50-100$. So ithese are hi end. Target auditory are people 35-45, earning 100-250k$ a year.

Or some kind of "alchemy style" symbol. Or something that structures water. But these ideas are not guide to action. If it just looks stylish anything might work.
