  1. I Like a very clean landing page 2. The landing page must stand out and look classy 3. You have to look at photos of my busines area and use relevant images eg :HINT- Glasshouse Mountains(maybe a as a background). - I know we have copy right issues but for a mock up it ok. 4. I want to it to be WOW have a look at my competitors websites in my area - mine must look the best 5. I am very busy I don't have time to design myself - I want somebody to impress me. 6. I am really looking for some that has a creative passion and that can partner up with me for a long term relationship. 7. The successful applicant must be experienced to help me with hosting the website - SEO experience plus give me great ideas. I AM EXCITED TO WORK WITH THIS PERSON!!
