I need a person builds the web for me that launch free virtual fun run app monthly with different themes sea creatures and independence day like happy gold fish day, happy international happiness day, national flowers for each country's national independence day to promote runners including special needs and learning disabled exercise indoor and outdoor. The rewards of the achieved goal of 150km and above will be rewarded with clean recycled clothes for the special needs including learning disabled children and adults.
