Please find attached a for sale sign i was hoping to use for my estate agent (379).

Is anyone able to add a more modern look to this, it must be simple and eye catching as the sign is only 610mm x 813mm , I have no logo to speak - Just the name of the company which is Impact Estate Agents - so if you have ideas on this - that is welcome.

Colour wise I am open but like what i have attached, I have also attached 380 as i like these colours also but feel free to find something eye catching for me.

The person who can deliver this will also get the work to design me a flyer and business cards
