Child Advocates of Placer County (CAPC) hosts various events each year to fundraise for their non-profit company. These events pay bills for staffing, business expense, and programs to support the mission of the organization. Many of our donors have requested an opportunity to be part of ALL the events without being solicited several times a year for each unique event. Instead, they want to sponsor all the events with a lump sum determined at the begin of the fiscal year. Attached are the materials for each event and we want one complementary packet for all the events cohesively instead of stand-alone sponsorship packets.

The three events include:
--Spring Tea & Fashion Show (the artwork is consistent and I have uploaded the logo below).
--Golf Tournament (the artwork changes each year with a theme)
--Formal Gala which includes dinner, entertainment, and live auction (artwork and theme changes every year)

The comprehensive event sponsorship package needs to include the CAPC logo prominently, as well as the CASA, Prosper Placer, and Placer Mentor logos, which are the three main programs of Child Advocates of Placer County.
