I currently have a logo that illustrates a company name. I like this logo but I would also like to create a smaller simpler Icon that can be used in it's place to represent the company.

I would like something that is in a similar style to the current logo. This icon should be shaped in such a manner that it can be used in social media applications like profile pictures.

I have attached the current company logo and a brief example document that further illustrates what I am looking for. I have also attached a product shot that illustrates one of our products with the current company logo on it.

The "MOTIVE" is the important part of the logo. "Boards" is not important as we make other products that are not boards.

Note, I like the fact that entry # 21 is just made up of the M. But I like # 17 better because it has more detail. However, I am not specifically looking for the B to be included in the logo.

My favorite finish/style is # 36. I primary like the blue and silver. This fits with our brand. I also like how it looks when illustrated on a 3D application like the sign.

At this point I would say my favorite shape is #17 . I like the triangle shape and the volume of detail in this design.
