Yarışma Özeti

This is a 48-hour contest to design a set of three conference banners:

1) Two Pull-up banners (x2)
2) One backdrop (x1)

The dimensions for the banners are included. Designs must be in either InDesign or Illustrator, and please also include a set of PDFs with your entry. And please look at the enclosed PDFs as a starting point for ideas. All text must be in Open Sans font. Included here are the logos and graphics and copy which will need to be incorporated into the designs. The designs must be in harmony and work as a complete ‘set’, but also be strong enough to work well individually. Our brand guidelines are also attached. Good luck!

1) Two banners
The banners are identical in their dimensions, and need to work as a pair AND also individually. Each will need similar design elements; such as colours, the Straker Translations logo and the website address, but will have slightly different content. Attached are some examples, which you can use for inspiration. We are happy for you to play with triangles, lines and shapes to create a striking and eye-catching design.

2) One backdrop
Let your imagination go, and once again, we are happy for you to play with triangles, lines and shapes to create a striking and eye-catching design. The backdrop will sit at the back of the conference space, so must be striking but ‘clean’ and uncluttered. Feel free to try background images and graphics. We are a global translations company but do not want flags, landmarks, multilingual text, etc. Think stylish and contemporary.
