I need a billboard designed for advertising asap. It needs the following specification:

- The creatives must be subtle motion, and not full
- The files must be supplied in MP4
- The creative must be 10 seconds
- The creative must not cause distraction to the road users - only subtle animation is permitted, no physical moving image (like a movie trailer) and no flashing images can be used, due to roadside safety laws.
-Resolution - 576x288px
-Length - 10 seconds

The advert must include the following details:
