I need to modify my logo, is for a agro industrial company. First make the logo as the attached file then you can continue.
The company's name is on the attached file. Keep the colours and CHANGE THE FONT TYPE please!.
Important! : Try to follow the attached file please, you must add a group of fruits at the right side: fruits are --> Avocado, Grapes and mango.
Modify the font type but keep the desing, just add that 3 fruits and modify that font type.
I'll need the source to make some modifications by myself in case is needed. (.psd , .ai , .jpg, .png, etc)

That's the base, You can start from there, changing colors or adding stuff, just don't remove anything, change colours and add fruits or vegetables. The actual logo colours looks like kinda sad.
