I have a piece of property up on a mountain near a ski resort, I am attaching the legal boundary areas in what is called an Alta Survey. I will also attach very rough lot layout and design ideas that I would like to plat with full legal descriptions so that there are multipole phases, a center PUD private community (image is attached), higher end modern view estate lots along one border of the property, a small boutique hotel on a larger parcel at the end of the property and a bunch of ski in and ski out, small slopeside lots. I need this as a legal plat and showing phases.

I can provide the Alta Survey, rough layouts so you can see what I am thinking with the slopeside ski in ski out modern home sites (approximately 70 of them).

The hotel site etc.

If you are a land planner, or very competent architect or draftsman with great autocad skills to get everything laid out to scale on the property, then this project is perfect.

I will attach a bunch of files to get started and as we zero in on someone, I will provide more back and forth to get it finished.

You would have to provide examples of what you think you can do. After we get this all laid out like the example of the 27 lots subdivision (on the same property) that I am attaching, but for the much larger project scope mentioned above, we can dig even deeper and I will be doing a full 3D streetscape, wanting walk through 3d videos etc. (First we need the subdivision laid out to scale, then I will have my streetscape guy do the next part).

SPECIAL NOTE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Thank you for sending over an example of your work, I am attaching a mock up of the entire project, the orange is a roughly 3 acre PUD shown in the rendering picture coming right off the cul de sac with the road just looping through the development. There are 20 Modern Mountain homes as you can see. I need this laid out with actual legal measurements, etc. so ask me any questions you have. The blue are small footprint detached ski chalets along the ski slope that runs along the property we are expecting around 65 to 70 of those units, however you can fit the lot plats with legal measurements (I will design the homes to fit the lots once you can get as many as possible), please see the attached topographic map to see how we may need to grade or layout private streets etc. Streets should be a maximum of 26' wide (no curb or gutter, or sidewalk as it is not required). The purple is a small boutique hotel with underground parking. The green are estate lots, (lot one shown in white already exists) The green estate lots (watch topography) should be roughly 14,500 square foot lots (which is required). Please let me know if you have any other questions. I would show it as Orange is Phase 1, Green is Phase 2, Blue Is Phase 3 and Purple is Phase 4. The white area at the top right behind the blue is more land, a little steeper, we have not decided what we are doing there, you can just show it as Phase 5 Future.
