I created this Sidebar as you wanted and there are some modification that you have to do like add the social icons on those red circles and it would be better to change the logo coz the quality of the logo i added is very low and change the profile picture.Although the sidebar is fixed as you wanted and navigation are at the same place with the same hover effect that you have shown.
