I have attached a very basic sample sketch for the minimum things the jersey should have. You're free to design the jersey to look however way you want as long as it has the elements from my sketch somewhere on the jersey, doesn't have to be where I put it:

1) Lion Logo on the top left corner
2) ball in hoop or eagle in front
3) the name "Sigma Chi" or "Sigs" in the front
4) the individual's name (Jordan)
5) the individual's number (55)

I've also attached an example jerseys that I like.
