I need a new "jumbotron" "banner" for the site www.onlinecasting.co.za

If you look at the site now, there are 4 boxes on the frontpage. The "SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCES" box will be removed and the "FOLLOW YOUR DREAM" box will take up that space.

This is basically what I need you to design. The new "Follow your dream" box / jumbotron.

Important to remember when designing:
- Optimal, use the colors / fonttype allready used at the frontpage, so it matches the 2 boxes which will be under the jumbotron.
- The jumbotron must be able to be used in a RESPONSIVE DESIGN. Meaning, it must be easy for me to scale down in size (fonts, images) and so, so It can adapt to mobile / tablet form.
- The "banner" will not be pure graphic, it will be coded in HTML / CSS, so make sure it's simple :)

Feel free to use images from the site.
Or even better, find an appropriate image from http://depositphotos.com/ ( I have subscription) and use.
I will buy the picture from the site, if I decided to use your design.

I've included a .jpg file on how I would make the structure. Please DONT use the picture of the girl to the right in the design.
It's just an example.

Feel free to experiment with you own ideas.
It's important that the banner makes people click "Create free profile"
