Hi!

Latinbrain (http://latinbrain.com) is my firm which provides Develpment services (web & mobile) and owns startup projects (the first one for now is: brainedpage.com). I would like to re-design the logo, which was "designed" by me, a programmer, at the beginning of the project.
I would like to keep the idea of the bulb.

Minimalism is the key. Keep it simple.

What I expect from the design:
- Simplicity, minimalism, flatness, refreshing.
- Flat designs!.
- I like the idea of wordmarks for this logo (only a word). If you have a great idea and you want to add an icon (like a bulb) you can but please don't add big ones and keep as simple as possible. The most important "object" must be its name: "latinbrain".
- You are free to choose pallet colors but please not more than 1 or 2 colors, not more.
- Avoid degradation, bevels, shadows, and every 90's cool effects please.

In the previous contest I made for Brainedpage I liked this concept to apply to Latinbrain:

In terms of the technical details of the logo: - Contest submissions can be made in JPG format, but the winner will be expected to provide the logo in high resolution layer files (PSD or AI format).
- The logo should work well on both dark and light backgrounds.
- The logo should work well in both color and black/white.
- The logo should work well (or have a version to work well) in limited color printing (for t-shirts, promotional items, etc)

The winning design will become the property of Latinbrain Church in whole and the designer will transfer all design and ownership rights to Latinbrain upon being selected as the winner and receiving payment.

UPDATE #1: Preferred lowercase and rounded typography.

UPDATE 3: If you will use brain icons, please try with an icon similar to this one: http://i744.photobucket.com/albums/xx82/murgeanudan/brain-icon.png (which is a side-view of a brain and includes the spinal)

UPDATE 4: Please avoid the use of more than one color for the word "latinbrain".
