We are a manufacturer of gears in the oil field market, focusing in pump jacks aka pumping units.
Our business needs an updated logo for our upcoming graphic design makeover.
Attached is our old logo and newer versions of it.
Requirements:
1. Clear: no doubt that it is a ram or a gear or whatever
2. Resizable: It or versions of it will be used as a favicon for websites, on t-shirts and billboards.
3. With and without text: Ram-Gear
4. Transparent background
4. Colors: Version in color (blue like used newer attached logos but flexible), gray-scale and black and white

Nothing is in stone yet, be creative.
