From my basic idea (file attached), or a new a idea - design a logo for a Photography Business.

You are free to add / alter Colour, layout, font etc to design a finished logo.

I like the idea of some areas transparent which will allow the logo to be used as a watermark to images or webpage etc.
This will need to be scalable, so a vector based file, and would like colour and grayscale versions in jpg, gif, png, as well as editable formats for the final contest version.

With regards to transparency, the logo could be transparent on a coloured area or certain areas transparent.

I would also want to own the finished design so I can use without any issues.

“Very good concept ideas which where then finalised and produced a very high quality of work. The design and amends were really easy to discuss, and uniquedesigns18 responded quickly to produce a final logo design. I enjoyed the process and Uniquedesign18 deserved to win the contest with the excellent ideas and overall management of my design from concept to final product.
