We are a group of experienced executive search and selection recruiters and we have completed a management buy out of the Asian Operations of a larger recruitment company, ProfusionGroup.com
Take a look at the logo, 3 asterisks representing the 3 parties in our work, client - who pays us, candidates and us. The red symbolising passion. We can't use the name or brand and it doesn't have to reflect our history with the group though a subtle hint allows us to tell a story. Don't let that lead your creativity though.

We need the following:
- Business Name + Logo and ideas on how this maybe incorporated into a business card and letter head.

For business name, you can take two approaches:

1. We would like the name to have a story behind it, for example: Red Kite based on the Chinese stories (that symbolizes a chanced meeting that will be advantageous to your life). However the name is synomous with match making in chinese and doesn't give a professional personality to the business.
2. A word(s) that embodies what we do, such as ExecSearch. Other examples could be SearchLight, LightHouse, or Beacon that suggest we are sound, experienced and thus well positioned in a clients eyes, showcasing best available talent or in candidates eyes as reliable networked consultant who they can trust will assist in guiding there career with smart invitations. It's who we know that makes the difference to both client and candidate

Feel free to go with either of these two approaches to draw inspiration.

For Logo:

We just need something contemporary and clean. The way you use the name may be the logo or if you add a logo should be clean, contemporary with a personality that suggests we are accessible, we listen, we collaborate, we get results through being seen as genuinely part of the network and market segment our specialists work in. I saw a business card for a money lending firm, card was fully green - name in simple white font with a simple line drawing of a tree also in white ( same font if that makes sense ) to me the tree symbolised, strength in years, personal and career growth, reliable.

We work with Managing Directors and Directors within multinational and regional corporate, institutional, investment and private banks, insurance and asset managers. Other industry sectors include commodity traders and producers. We are best known for client facing roles, including sales, marketing, product, traders, all senior level placement's.
We will operate across Asia, Australia and India. We pride ourselves on being accessible, knowledge of the sectors we work in, including the players in t those markets. In theory we reach beyond the limits of our clients to connect them to talent they wouldn't otherwise have access too. We are measured by our ability to build rapport with clients and successful outcomes. We work with our clients to strengthen their strategy on talent acquisition.

I personally never liked generic logos made for stock selling sites like shutterstock.com where you can find tones of very similar stuff. And I wanted to ask you about the talent meets opportunity, how is that reflected in the name. Many providers can match talent and opportunity, the message can be stringer, where ambitions are met or where potential is unlocked. Message needs to mean something to both the paying client ( institution ) as well as candidate - possibly the latter

Hi, i don't mind as long as the typo is strong. I like what you've done, the blue isn't good in my view though, Prefer a solid red or a lime green, not too lime.
