Looking for an expert ecommerce online store designer to create a highly appealing latest trending ecommerce store design.
The contest is to first create a Mockup for the Home page only.

Requirements are :
1) Mockup for the home page to shortlist the designer (The mockup must be original specially created for our website and not copyrighted).
2) PSD raw file for the home page with layers to be provided.
3) The mockup to be created is a redesign for the website www.halloweencostumesale.com which is a 6 years old design.
4) You can use the images of any products from this website if required. NO COPYRIGHTED IMAGES FROM ANY OTHER WEBSITE TO BE USED. For any third party images used you will have to provide us the source from where it was obtained to verify it has no copyrights.

Notes :
1) Guidelines for the requirements on the home page is given in attached document.

The designer will be selected based on following criterior :
1) Excellent designing skills and creativity by coming up with an unique very trendy home page mock up.
2) Reasonable price Quotation to do the remaining designing work for the website viz. creating rest of the website template pages, banners, buttons, forms etc.
3) Having sound knowledge and experience of HTMLing, CSS, responsive design, Java Scripting for menus, snippets etc. to convert the designs into HTML for further work on this website.
4) The designer should be available for long term commitments in future as constant updates in designs and banners would be needed for this website on an ongoing basis.
5) If capable the designer could also get the chance to do the coding for the entire website (platform yet to be finalized).

The contest currently is only to check the designing skills, expertise, experience and capabilities of the designer. We are running this contest to select the correct candidate to do our entire website design and html for www.halloweencostumesale.com. We have already shortlisted 1 or 2 templates similar to which I want our website made.

So the mockup you create may or may not be actually used. But it will help us to judge your capabilities and select the correct designer. Hence we cannot pay more than $30 simply to select a designer, whose ultimate mockup we may or may not use.
