I'm looking to redesign my site at http://54.173.99.11. The banner needs to stay. The site probably needs some minor improvements. I'm looking to use the blue tones for my colors. My BIGGEST concern is making the CONTENT more eye popping on the home page. Maybe dress up the content with some icons or graphics to show off my companies services from a quick glance.

IDEA:
Although I am open to any ideas and not set on this one.
On the home page and only for the content section, I was thinking maybe puzzle pieces coming together showing the concepts of building a successful website.
(optimization - speed, design, simplistic navigation, mobile device responsive design, security and set focus to the content being delivered)

Any icons or graphics used please be able to provide them in a PSD format. If you use stock images please show their source so I can buy rights to use them.

The end result should be a PSD file of the new design. If necessary please be able to send over individual images. Image Sprites are ideal.

I'm hoping to find some good design talent to work with on future website designs. If you also provide other skill sets like writing the CSS files for the designs as well, please let me know.
