We are seeking a designer to create 100s of graphical ads over the next 10-15 weeks. The style of ad is for print publications, often referred to as "Yellow Pages". We are attaching two JPGs that show you a Before / After example, to show you how we view a bad ad converted to a good ad.

The Ad we want you to re-design and improve is attached: "Ad to be improved.jpg"

The yellow pages is the publication where our ads get published, for example:

Create an improved Ad at this size: 2350 pixels wide by 2979 pixels tall (300 DPI) (full page ad)

It is good to use a photograph of a person or people in your ad, as in our good Examples.

We seek a designer to start creating ads immediately after the contest.
We look forward to seeing your submissions, and will be selecting winners very soon.
