The site content is defined – it just needs to be put together with a more pleasing design. Add or remove pages and menu items as you think supports your idea.
The design must be formal, professional looking residential home developer not commercial construction which you can see from the projects completed.
Ideally, all images should be from the projects but stock photos can be used if they will better support your design. The Homepage is the only exception where the image you see now must be used on the homepage.

The header and menu Grey colour must stay as well as the Blue used on the logo.

You will be provided with a staging site from which to work on. I would prefer The7 theme is used with no complex client themes but I’m open to ideas on using other key frameworks like Avada or Enfold.

Deliverables for this contest are:
1. Entire Homepage design, including header, menu and footer;
2. Pages: Projects page (as is now), Projects Gallery (for when images are supplied), Blog, Who We Are, Testimonials, Contact;
3. Live demos of the pages to understand animation and scroll effects.

Note on the "Projects" pages: To start with the projects just have thumbnails and will link as seen now to offsite but later the images will be hosted onsite and full gallery solution needed so I need your designs for both.
