Hi All!

We are looking for a talented freelancer to design the artwork for our range of 4 portable tyre inflators. The content layout should be the same for all compressors, but the 2 sub-brands should have a different look/design. I have a very good idea of the layout, just need someone with the skills to make it all look swish! The logos, photos, barcodes and most other content is ready to go.

PROFESSIONAL, HIGH QUALITY, SLEEK, INDUSTRIAL, ULTIMATE, MODERN, STRIKING… These words come to mind when I think of what the artwork should look like.

The compressors in the range are as follows;
AP45 - "AIRPOWER 45". Base model. 45 L/min output.
AP75 - "AIRPOWER 75". Mid-range. 75 L/min output.
APX110 - "AIRPOWER X-SERIES X110". Heavy-duty 4WD model. 110 L/min output.
APX160 - "AIRPOWER X-SERIES X160". Top of the range. 160 L/min output.

As you can see, there are two “sub-brands” under the AIRPOWER banner;
AP45 & AP75: The basic models with basic coiled hoses, 7 year warranty, they are all black and share a similar logo design.
APX110 & APX160: The X-SERIES models, all black with chrome handles, 10 year warranties and heavy-duty rubber hoses. These two also share a similar logo design.

While ALL the models should share the main BLACK colour scheme, the X-SERIES models should be easily distinguishable from the basic models. My rough thoughts on the box layout are as follows;

FRONT & BACK:
- Brand / Model logo
- Image of compressor
- Warranty Logo (please design your own if the supplied logos don't suit the design)
- "XXXL PER MINUTE OUTPUT" (has to be easily seen - as important as brand logo)
- 4-6 Lines of text stating the main features
- 6 feature images with short descriptions (hose, shock absorbing rubber feet, battery clamps, air filter, reflector, carry bag & thumblock fitting)
TOP:
(either the same design/content as the FRONT & BACK, or at least include the following)
- Brand / Model logo,
- "XXXL PER MINUTE OUTPUT", (has to be easily seen - as important as brand logo)
- Image of compressor
- Warranty Logo (please design your own if the supplied logos don't suit the design)
SIDE #1:
- Brand / Model logo,
- "XXXL PER MINUTE OUTPUT", (has to be easily seen - as important as brand logo)
- 12 Feature images with short descriptions
- 2 Images of the "Optional accessories" with short description
- Barcode / Part Number / Manufacturer information / Certification logos
SIDE #2:
- Brand / Model logo,
- "XXXL PER MINUTE OUTPUT", (has to be easily seen - as important as brand logo)
- Specifications and Performance data.
- 2 Line Graphs with accompanying paragraph of descriptive text,

The artwork will need to be fully editable in Adobe Illustrator (I will need to be able to swap images / change text, etc., in the future). Please use the Pantone Solid Coated colour book. All rights reserved.

For Contest Entry:
1. Please provide two sample designs; one for the AP45/AP75 compressors and one for the APX110/APX160 (X-SERIES) compressors.
2. Please show all sides of the APX110/APX160 (X-SERIES) design.

I have attached most of the content required. However I only have the line graphs for the APX160, please use these graphs for the other compressors for the time being. In addition, the paragraphs to accompany the graphs are not complete; please use dummy text for the time being. I have also included some images of our competitors packaging.

The line graphs and manufacturers information is included in "COMPRESSOR SPECIFICATIONS & PERFORMANCE DATA.xlxs"

Other points;
1. RCM & CE logos should be approximately 15mm in height.
2. Barcodes should be approximately 50mm wide at the "lines" (approx 70mm total file width)

  Hi, sorry for the mess. The main compressor images are in the 3 zip files titled:
  "COMPRESSOR & OPTIONAL IMAGES" (1, 2 & 3)
  The files are AP45 IMAGE, AP75 IMAGE, APX110 IMAGE & APX160 IMAGE.
  The other two files in those zips are the optional accessories (H8R-ADP, H8R-EXT)
