I see.. The third picture is also a bit too much for me, the second looks pretty good. I am very curious about an animation; however it is not a must-have. If compression and decompression is successful, I would like to have a green glowing and something like an ok sign.. could we make it? I think you will get the job tomorrow ;)

I made some changes. Picture 2 is an example of the Error screen (the progress file bar changes). In the 3rd picture the glow becomes all red. (just an idea, but maybe it's little too much). About an animation of this, i will see if i can make it. The software i work with is only for designing and not so much about animating.
