Tourist oriented - v1
This is my first take at it, sadly I joined on it quite late. I went for the "tourism" look to it, aiming at the targeted demographic. Illustration is quite simple, and was what I took out of the beach signs as inspiration while combining the keywords you mentioned as "sea, water, beach, sand" oriented. As it was hard to combine just blue and white with the illustration, I decided to make up for it with a classic greek-style text to dish out this bit different approach. Should you want any modifications, do shout! I'll try and come up with one more quickly.

If you have any thoughts, revisions, ideas, don't hesitate to share them with me pls :) As I can easily do any changes you might see fit. Also, the tagline is optional, we can think of something better or think of corresponding tagline which could include the "Since 1945" part.
