Project: Marketplace for homecare and agencies

Description:
The design is for a marketplace website where users can go sign up and look for jobs based on experience and certifications.

There are a few different user types:

Individuals: People can go on the platform and post themselves for job opportunities
Users can look for jobs or post themselves
Apply for jobs
Someone looking for care can post jobs and connect directly to the interested party.
They can create profiles with all medical needs, and medication tracking
When someone connects with employed, they can use the dashboard to track and monitor and update billing information

Flow:
Posting -> someone signs up and creates a profile (inputting name, address, medical history, special needs) -> once posted someone can browse and apply for the job

Someone can create their profile with their language, specialty, certifications, hourly rates. They can browse and apply to other jobs or someone can view their profile request to communicate to the user via platform

Agencies: Agencies can sign up and list their company with details about what insurance or payment methods. Individuals can apply to work with agencies directly or be freelancer contractors for the agency. Agency can track and monitor workers
