I need a folder and a 3-page staggered brochure designed. The folder can be kept simple with just the logo and name but I'm open to other ideas. The staggered brochure (3 separate pages--8.5" x 11", 8" x 11", 7.5" x 11") will go inside the folder. The company is found at https://goo.gl/9EHTX9 and the 3 brochure pages will be based on these three pages: https://goo.gl/LsbUcx, https://goo.gl/JnUMja and https://goo.gl/9qVZQA. I also need a business card designed as well.

NOTE: I do NOT want a new logo designed. Read the description to see what I need.
