New Appointment can be scheduled after an existing appointment if (i) the distance to it is lesser than maximumDistanceBetweenAppointments, and (ii) the next appointment's total time (travel time from existing appointment + buffer + appointment length + travel to next appointment + buffer) can fit into the time gap between existing and next appointment
