     mind sharing the info on how you achieved it, just curious lol, i worked on a couple of pi projects but never focused on boot time since for the prototyping phase it was not a huge concern.

  Hey, do you want the Pi4 to boot under 10 seconds, or do you want your process to boot the pi (basically burn the image to the sd card and transfer it to the PI) to be over in 10 seconds? Currently neither of the two is a 10 second thing. But I can help you make the process dead simple. Also is the 10 second thing a real time limit ? I could use some details to help you figure what you need to achieve the same result.
