  I think the infos uploaded are generated by AI , there is a lot of infos and paragraph that can't be included in the flyer ( the flyer will be overcharged with text) , could you please specify more which infos exactly do we have to include??

     You are correct. Will try and simplify, but anyone who can simplify faster than me will get the job. Just need to get a flyer together as fast as possible to show a client. Will have room for edits.
