I would like to add a gif background for my videos but have strict parameters in which I need to adhere to. The size has to be 1280 x 720 and the size has to be less than 3mb. I would just like a subtle moving pattern, nothing noisy or distracting. The colors to be incorporated are #1C2F4F, #7FA1CD and/or #172641. Attached is our logo also.

Just for clarification, I do not want the full logo im the gif. It was only to show the style of the logo to help with design. The background will be a background on a live streaming show. So it should be subtle and not distracting. Thabk you for entries thus far, great job.
