Need a sketch plan with some innovative ideas for a 3 stories building.
Total land size is 90 feet(in length and right and left side neighbours, only shared wall can be placed with no windows, nor doors)*24 feet(in width, with access to main road and backside road). (front side is a main road where the main doors of the shops located and backside has road of 12 feet where entrance to the building from backside and access to vehicles parking. Ground and first floors are to be commercial showrooms, can be partitioned as four independent showrooms(i.e. 2 units in the ground floor & 2 units in the first floor with enough access to all and with w.c. with the size of 40 feet(length)'*12 feet (width)' each. 3rd floor as a residence/guest house with a size of 40'*24' (3 BR out of 1BR with attached Bath)+ 1 Living Room + 1 kitchen + 1 common Bath+ 1 or 2 balconies. only front and back sides of the land are free to access (which is 24 feet). right and left sides are shared walls only with the neighbours with no windows, no doors.
