I want to design a banner for a political campaign of a mayor candidate.
I have uploaded two pictures of the candidate and his party logo. Since the banner would be in the local language, i request the designer to design a template which I can edit later with texts in my local language.

The designer can just mention where the name of the candidate goes, where the name of his party goes and where the logo stays. The color of the party logo is red. I have not sent a high resolution logo pic. It is cropped from a picture. the logo has to be encircled like what I have sent.

Feel free to use any of the candidates picture , crop it if necessary or even give special themes to the banner if required.
