Forms Needed: I am looking for advice on customer info and payment pages/forms needed. Customer will just fill out info needed, and then can enter payment, payment is not automated or processed (I just need their payment info and I handle this). We can discuss this after I choose winner.

Hi. Thank you for looking. I am looking for a powerful landing page that compels people to buy. The products, are: fake college degrees, transcripts, diplomas and certificates. This will be for a PPC campaign. Please use a generic logo for now, as I am looking for the best demo at this time. I have some example pages below of similar product. I will choose the best mock-up design that has clear "calls to action," is simple to use and pleasing in fonts, colors, and overall look. The below are just examples of a similar product sales page, but I encourage you to be creative and use any page/template you think makes the best impact. We will collaborate and I can provide things you may need, now, and in future projects.
