DO NOT CREATE A NEW LOGO

Hi, I need my logo slightly CHANGED to make it an original. I just created it using a free clipart from site link below. I'm concerned with having legal issues in the future so need to make it just different enough to be an original. Overall I'm happy with way it looks now.

Desired changes:
- Tweak logo enough to make it original. Open to adjusting the shape of the shield slightly and or VERY slightly modifying the eagle. Or maybe tweaking the feathers. I like the eagle as is very much.
- I like the color scheme as is.
- Open to improving the title fonts and tagline area.
- Would like to at least change out the dashes for dots or something better between words in the tagline.
