We're pittman seafoods (www.pittmanseafoods.com)- and are active in fish business. A family run company with 30 people. We're located in Belgium. Every year we're having a year theme! This year this is engagement. One of our goals is to motivate our staff in some engagements - and we want to work with topics, challenges etc. So We're looking for a mascotte - who can be used on the activity we have.
Job: to design a sporty fish or lobster - and use this one then every time as the base of a poster to use. In uploaded file, you can see our NY card from last year - but own design/inspiration can be used.
2nd job: is to design a poster for the step challenge - as we'll give everybody a FITBIT for NY present - and we want to make a kind of competition to gain as much as possible steps. (need to work out the concept a bit more) -
