Dear Sir, I have added formatting to the extracted text. As you have commented in my #3 entry to add formatting. Please find the file "HTML - TEXT Extractor(Locked).xlsm" in my portfolio item titled "HTML - TEXT EXTRACTOR". This is my second entry because in my 1st entry i.e. #3 I couldn't change entry image.

Nice job in coding this. It was clever to use a temporary workbook and adding expiry date on the code. :)
