We are a group of pretend racing drivers and we need a custom logo to represent ourselves. The plan is to use this logo both digitally and on physical prints and merch for our drivers.
We currently have a logo but it's probably easy to guess it was taken from stock footage which would be unsuitable for branding purposes. I'll send the current logo in the the attachment.

Our name is Phoenix Racing League with, obviously, a phoenix being a main part of the logo. As said before, logo is associated with racing and we would prefer logo to be viable both with and without background as it might be going on our car liveries as well. We are in general fond of our current design apart from the problems mentioned above so we are not looking for a complete change from this.

So, in short, we're looking for a logo specifying our name and incorporating a phoenix drawing for usage in both plain bg and no bg variants for merch and branding. The desired color palette is similar to the one in the attachment, shades of yellow/orange/red/dark ruby. As an additional request, we would like to be able to use the text part of the logo separately on some occasions, if at all possible
