  All drivers will get heart atrack if they listen your ideas of digitalisation of freight booking. Most of the drivers in India are not enough educated & It is mandatory to keep all documents & paper during shipments. All POD s a have process to keep in digital format by all companies itself.

  2. In India Loading & unloading process by stacker & by other material handling equipments in all Major ports. Your thinking is absolutely wrong.
  
  3. Vehicle availability depends on shipments location & not all time demand & supply of trucks. & It is depends on particular route of particular Transporter.
  4. Most of the reputed Logistics cos are using SAP. & for a small transporter it is not possible to maintain high value erp system.

  Pain points are wrong- for courier service - most of the companies gave real time shipments information in their websites. & in transportation for a small transporter it is not possible to keep GPS tracking. All reputed logistics companies in road transportation have GPS tracking system

  I have done so many projects relevant to the your project so according to my expertise you should go through research (old logistics company).
  
  still there is so many existing problems with logistics company so firstly go through and gain knowledge of every aspects of business and find out what is exactly that problems and solved it, and provide thos solutions very politely to the your target market (according to your research which segment suit you) .
