I am a supervisor of a group of teachers who teach classes to parents. The classes teach them how to help their children succeed in school. The program is encouraging and positive. I want to provide an option for the staff to purchase a staff t-shirt this year. I want the feel of our shirt to be positive and inspiring.

Our program is called "Ready to Learn". I am looking for a shirt with a design that has a vintage feel, that would look good centered on a v-neck ladies t-shirt as well as on a men's t-shirt. (Fonts need to be acceptable for either gender to wear)

The phrase I would like is:
Ready to Learn today, ready to lead tomorrow

I know this is a work shirt, but I want it to look fashionable, like something people would actually like to wear. Design should be just black and or white, not full color. Also, it is important to me to keep the words Ready to Learn together, because it is the name of our program/our brand.

I would prefer to avoid clip art type graphics, particularly any that look like a teacher being very directive/making a presentation, as well as office/school supplies. I'd prefer the design to be less complicated and more lettering with maybe small accent designs but minimal to no clip art/drawings.
