Looking to update a full pager to something more professional. Want to upgrade the visual.
I'd like to make my branding a bit more professional. I am a realtor and work really well with CANVA (www.canva.com) so far but I feel like It could look more professional. There is a document I am presenting to my clients that I'd like it to look more professional. The candidate I choose will probably work on other of my projects because I will want to have a main line respected from a document to another.
I need my designs to be done on CANVA for multiple reasons :
- I want to be able to play with it if needed (colour changes, erase/create new thins on it, etc.)
- I need to sometime upload my own images

Work ONLY on the first page of "Copie de ODS - BASE (3).pdf". Again, I need it to be on CANVA. Let you creativity loose, but keep in mind that it has to be professional and related to real estate. The other images were inspiration I used to create what I wanted. You can also use the other files has inspiration. I DON'T necessarily want to have building photos in the shapes. If you go into elements and type in "photo frame" in CANVA you will get some shapes I'd like to have instead of having photos of building and such. I want to be able to change the images on my own when needed.
