     Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your professionalism. I agree, the requirements for the testing work are tall, but the reward of part time work for two years is pretty good as well.

     I can understand how the thought of creating 7 videos for $100 may seem like a "joke." Sure, one video may take an hour or so to create/edit and you're not guaranteed to get the job... so that could be 7 hours of work for no pay... or $0 per hour (but you teach math so you get that).
     
     But, if you did all 7, and it took you 7 hours, and you were awarded the job, that 7 hours of work would pay you $100, which would be an average of $14.29 per hour (rounding up from 14.2857)... which is double your pay rate listed on your profile.
     
     On top of that, if you were awarded the job, you would add an additional 100 videos or more to add to your freelancer profile over the next two years... which would be a 3,333 percent increase over what you have now.
     
     But, apparently the short term gain isn't worth the long term gain?
     
     I guess that means for the other freelancers submitting videos there is a little less competition.
