I like the header. I dont think that blue color goes well with the logo. There is no need for city categories amd ovearall design should be wider and with less height, in order to fit on screen

This is a responsive template. Should be built with html5 + css3
a few suggestion effect on theme,
1) rotating slide images
2) changing city category without need to refresh
3) sponsor logo will change color on hover
