I started in general customer service, handling inbound calls on many common issues, including membership purchases, missing or damaged products, and complaints about the club. I was later promoted to the Member's Mark team, Which is Sam's Club's private brand. In this role, I handled customer issues over the phone, chat, and email, mainly related to product quality and safety issues. However, I also provided assistance with replacement parts, technical support, and product assembly. After working at Sam's Club, I joined Heybike, the fastest-growing ebike company in the world. In that role, I answer customer questions about product information, provide basic troubleshooting assistance for parts that are not working properly, help customers set up their ebikes, and explain shipping, refund, and follow-up policies. I also make callbacks to missed calls, confirm orders over the phone, and provide special follow-up to customers as needed. My last job was in Capital One, which is one of the best financial institutions in the United states of America.
