Resume Template + business card

I need to remake my resume in what will be a two pages plus references. I'm a designer / game developer / 2d+3d artist so I want to try to create a very flashy template that represents this areas. This project is for a template done in either Illustrator (preferably) or Photoshop that I can edit afterwards to add my information. The fields I need are Name, Title, Contact info (All in a very nice looking letterhead) and then I would need sections for Skills / Software / Personal + Social Skills / Languages / Education (All in page one) and the second page would be Experience with the following subsections (Movies / VideoGames / Animation / Companies / Other Experience / Certifications and Awards - Third page would be a reference page.
Overall I would concentrate most of the "flashy" design on the letterhead and maybe a footer, a nice logo that would represent what I do, and then where the information would be it would be mostly clean, over white, but well stylized and aesthetically pleasing.
The resume would be printed on a regular letter size page @ 300 DPI, CMYK color
That same design would be applied to a business card ready for edit
Everything should be very organized on the template side, layers with names and organized by page and section with folders.
