Financial Calculator for Car Lease

We need financial calculator to determine profit/loss considering below :
1. Company ( Regular GST) buy car on their books.
2. Gives it on lease to third person.
3. Transfer vehicle to third person at end of 1/2/3 year term.
4. Third person makes part/full payment before taking vehicle on lease/hire.
5. Company invest money received at point 4 above at x %.
6. Company will take vehicle on bank loan with term aligned to lease term.
Need to get calculator in excel on how much profit/loss derived out of this and what should be per month lease payment if lease term is 1/2/3 years.
Note - Consider depreciation allowed/output GST with monthly lease etc during calculation.
