I'm in need of a seasoned financial advisor to assist me with the purchase of an aged US-shelf company and the subsequent procurement of a credit line (as large as possible). The timeline for everything is 2 weeks. Even though I am not a US citizen or resident, I am eager to navigate this process correctly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge in international finance.
- Exceptional track record in advising on business acquisitions.
- Proven experience in buying aged shelf companies in the US
- Proven experience in arranging business credit for non-US residents.
- A deep understanding of US business regulations for non-residents.
