Magento Layered Navigation NEED TODAY

Hi there,

THE JOB MUST BE DONE BY TONIGHT.

This is the site you will work on : [url removed, login to view] the site is on Lataest Ultimo theme 1.9.

I need exactly same layer navigation look and feel as( Exactly same as) : [url removed, login to view]?

and also keep in mind that there will be a tag for each option selected on the top of the page so if anyone close one the page will refresh and reverse back. Please see attached file "Capture" for better understanding.

and also about the manufacturers block on the navigation will have a scroll down as there will be many of them after a certain number of them showing first as they will be ordered by alphabetical order. (A-Z)

Please let me know if there is anything you did not understand.
