fix on drupal site

hi i have a website it is >> [url removed, login to view] and i am interested in having some small modifications done to it - the site was made using drupal - here is an example user to login and look inside - smothers221 - 123456a - what i like to have is some links show up under the personal information area for the users but only the admin will be able to create these links - also who's online area to show who is online at the current moment and some little things to fix - if anyone can help thanks and i will look forward to your help - rich

here are the fixes below ,..

1) [url removed, login to view] <<

for each user it will show a) "online now" if the user is online now or it will say b) "active within 24 hours" if the user was active within a 24 hour period 3 ) if not active within these periods it will show nothing - can remove who's online captions in the lower right hand corner of the page view over their usernames - this is not needed - will only use this for each user's view as it is viewed

2) place a publish button in admins area to publish links for each user - these links will show up under their personal information area but only the admin will be able to create these links - will discuss

3) in all usernames area remove the about me field then line up

4) when user 1st logs in to his account make page show the users 1st page >> [url removed, login to view]

now when user 1st logs in it is showing up this page instead >> [url removed, login to view]
